TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Please note that a non refundable deposit of 25% is required to secure engagement.

2. In the event of a cancellation of a booking by client a charge will be made:

Within 60 days 25% of fee. 40 days 50% of fee. 20 days 75% of fee.

3. In the event of a cancellation of scheduled outdoor performances by client, due to adverse weather conditions,where no alternative venue is available a charge of 75% of the agreed fee will be paid.

Requirements

1. Access & parking

For a vehicle 25ft. length. 7ft. width. 11ft. height minimum is essential.

For engagements which are 2 days or more in succession or with start times before 12 midday, an overnight park up space is sometimes required. We will advise you during booking.

The access & parking space for overnight park up needed is 30ft. x 10ft. x 11ft minimum.

2. Venue

Indoor venues need to measure 20ft x 30ft minimum with a height of no less than 10ft with carpet or wooden floor, but the bigger the better. Easy access to vehicle is required.

Outdoor events.

1. Flat grassed or tarmac area measuring 30ft x 30ft minimum with parking or easy access to vehicle. Again the bigger the area the better.

2. With the Little Big Top, a grassed area measuring 75ft x 75ft minimum with access and parking next to the area is essential.

The Little Big Top can be erected on tarmac / concrete with prior notice and viewing. Vehicle access & parking is essential as the vehicle becomes part of structure.
